Having a good and proper nutrition is very essential to us, because it talks about health. As we hear the word "nutrition", the first thing that comes to our mind is food. And this food, is one of our basic need that we need to our daily living.
As we all know, food is one of the thing that makes the body stay healthy. One of the things that we should do to stay healthy is to be careful to what we've eating because some foods are healthy and some are not. Eating nutritious food can help us to avoid any sickness and it makes the body more efficient. Especially to a pregnant mother, she must consider the status of the baby on her womb. She is only recommended to eat only nutritious food that are rich in vitamin, protein and other. Those food can help the body to be more healthy.
July is the month of nutrition. Every school year, the TLE department celebrates it. There's a lot of activities that had done in school. Health is wealth. Stay healthy to be happy.
